Day 3

Sulphur Mountain – Gondola Ride, Visit to Bow Valley Parkway in Banff Photo stop at Lake Louise

Today, we take our guided bus tour through the towering mountains of Rundle, Tunnel, Cascade, and Norquay and learn about the natural attractions of the wind-shaped hoodoos and the Cave and Basin National Historic Site. Be aware of the Surprise Corner along Tunnel Mountain drive! Experience a gentle ride to the summit of Sulphur Mountain taking 8 minutes in a four person fully enclosed gondola. A spectacular view and picture taking opportunity wait at the top of this 360o panorama of the Bow Valley. Learn all about how these majestic mountains have shaped this unique community. Later, we proceed to Moraine Lake and the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Here, 10 mountains peaks soar above 10,000 feet and surrounded the tranquil waters of the lake. Later we proceed to Yoho National Park to see Emerald Lake. It is the largest of Yoho’s 61 lakes and ponds, as well as one of the park’s premier tourist attractions. Later, drive to enchanting Lake Louise – named diamond in the wilderness.

Onto Jasper, Visit to Columbia Icefields

Today, we check-out of our hotel and proceed to Jasper. Travel the Ice-fields Parkway through the natural splendour of Banff and Jasper national parks. Spectacular glaciers, cascading waterfalls, turquoise lakes and colourful meadows dot this awe-inspiring mountain wilderness. The snowcapped peaks and endless mountain ridges are home to a wide variety of wildlife, including bears, wolves, deer and eagles. The tour stops at the Columbia Icefields where you will venture by Ice-Explorer onto the massive Athabasca Glacier. On arrival in Jasper the day is free at leisure.

Visit to Maligne Canyon, Enjoy Cruise on Maligne Lake, Onto Calgary

Today, experience Jasper National Park by travelling the trails of the early explorers and view the park’s unspoiled grandeur. You will begin along the mighty Athabasca Canadian Heritage river, learning about David Thompson and the valley ecosystem. Stop by the Maligne Canyon, with its narrow gorge and limestone walls created by 10,000 years of water erosion. Enjoy a cruise on one of the Rockies’ most picturesque lakesn – Lake Maligne. The tour is operated in a glassenclosed, heated cruise boat. Mid-way through there is a photo stop at Spirit Island where youcan disembark for a short walk to the lookout point. This is a wonderful photo opportunity, not to be missed. The Peak 2 Peak Gondola offers unparalleled views of these spectacular mountains and this engineering marvel joins an exclusive club that includes the Grand Canyon Skywalk as the ultimate in sightseeing adventures. Later we drive back to Vancouver. Later, we visit the Stanley Park – North America’s third largest urban core park which is almost entirely surrounded by waters of Vancouver Harbour and English Bay. Later transfer to Vancouver city center.

After breakfast, proceed for Vancouver city with Capilano Suspension Bridge Tour. Drive pass Robson Street, Sports Venues, the library, theatres, Chinatown and historic Gastown. Make stops in gorgeous Stanley Park on to Cleveland Dam and the Capilano Suspension Bridge. Cross the 450-ftlong bridge over a spectacular canyon to the Treetops Adventure.

Day 3

Vancouver – Sun Peaks

Depart the beautiful coastal city of Vancouver and travel east through the urban centers of Surrey, Langley, and Abbotsford. Cityscapes transition to pastoral farmland and lush valleys following the Fraser River. Continue north towards Hell’s Gate and the spectacular Fraser Canyon. Enjoy lunch and a tram ride at Hell’s Gate.

Day 4

Sun Peaks – Lake Louise

Continue your journey west, passing through grassy rolling hills and Ranchlands to Okanagan Lake Country. The landscape transitions into forested hills, orchards, and expansive lakes, winding through a series of scenic valleys. Witness the landscape change from wide-open skies to towering, rugged peaks as you ascend into the Rocky Mountains. Stop for lunch in the alpine town of Revelstoke before continuing through the untouched wilderness of Roger’s Pass.

Lake Louise – Columbia Icefields – Banff

After breakfast, travel to the Columbia Icefields along the spectacular Icefields Parkway with photographic stops at Crowfoot Glacier and Peyto Lake. At the Icefields Centre, take a unique ride on the all-terrain Ice Explorer and then explore the magnificent Glacier Walk. Late afternoon, transfer to Banff.

After breakfast, proceed on Discover Banff Tour. The resort town of Banff is set amongst the towering mountains of Rundle, Tunnel, Cascade and Norquay. A gentle ride on the Banff Gondola takes you to the summit of Sulphur Mountain for a 360 degree panoramic view of the Bow Valley.

Banff – Calgary

After breakfast, checkout and transfer to Calgary. On the way stop at Kananaskis for the most powerful experience in the Rockies, a 12 minute Summit Helicopter Tour offering stunning views of the

Today, we check out of the hotel and proceed on a guided city tour of Toronto. See the distinctive landmarks like City Hall, Queens Park, Chinatown, Toronto Harbour and the University of Toronto. Later we visit CN Tower, the World’s tallest freestanding structure on land. Next, we drive to Niagara. Upon arrival, we proceed for a close up experience of Niagara Falls. Board the ‘Hornblower Cruise’ to see a closest view of the falls. The Niagara Falls are voluminous waterfalls on the Niagara river, straddling the international border between the Canadian province of Ontario and the U. S. state of New York. (Due to weather conditions, the ‘Hornblower Cruise’ operates only from the last week of May).
Next, we visit the Skylon Tower, the most famous Landmark next to the Falls which is the tallest structure that overlooks falls, both from the American and the Canadian side.

Today, we check out of the hotel and proceed for a guided city tour of Ottawa. Pass by the famous landmarks like the Parliament Hill, residence of the Prime Minister and Rideau Canal which is the waterway that links the lakes and rivers between Ottawa and Kingston. Later, drive to Montreal – the largest city in the Province of Quebec. Upon arrival, we proceed on city tour of Montreal, we go around Old Port in the historic old Montreal area. Visit Notre Dame Basilica which was executed in Gothic Revival style. We then take a photo stop at St. Joseph Oratory stated to be the largest shrine in the world dedicated to Saint Joseph, Mount Royal Park which was landscaped by Frederick Law Olmsted, best known for his work in New York’s Central Park.

Today, proceed on a full-day excursion to Quebec City, the provincial capital and discover the historical treasures and wonderful “joie de vivre” atmosphere of Quebec City. On your guided tour, you will be taken through the Upper and Lower Towns, the Parliament Buildings, the Plains of Abraham, the Citadel, Chateau Frontenac, Place d’Armes and Quebec National Assembly. Next, visit the Montmorency Falls, 30 meters higher than the world famous Niagara Falls.
